ABOUT Fit and Faithful Living (FFL)

FFL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed in 2011. We empower youth and families to thrive through impactful year-round after-school leadership programs, summer camps, and family health and wellness initiatives while focusing on education and personal empowerment.
